Part cupcake, part lollipop — the cake pop is more than just cake on a stick. It is perhaps the most adorable and beloved party favor of all time. In this new class, our pastry chef Philippe Kaemmerle will apply his 25+ years of pastry arts and cake decoration to the cake pop elevating this simple treat in to a new art form. We will explore how to make the different components of a cake pop, different techniques for decorating them, and creative ways of displaying and packaging them. This is a great class for teens, or teens and moms to do together. Since cake pops make such a great party favor, this is also the perfect class for caterers or party planners.
