Our Professional Training Program in Culinary Arts has been expanded!
As of Fall 2013, our culinary arts program is longer and better than ever. Due to popular demand, we have lengthened our program from 38 classes to 50 classes and from 150 hours to 200 hours.
In addition to expanding several of the lessons already included in the program, we have added additional lessons on advanced topics such as charcuterie, smoking, pickling, sous vide and other modernist techniques and more.
