Our resident baker extraordinaire, Lynn Kutner returns to put her spin on Pesach desserts. On the menu this time; an unbelievably moist torte made from apples, chocolate and nuts, an Italian nut merengue with the most delightful texture, moelleux au chocolat – the richest chocolate volcano cake out there, and Lynn’s grandmother’s recipe for orange-lemon sponge cake–the lightest, most refreshing sponge cake you’ll ever try. All recipes are kosher for passover. All recipes are even non-gebrokts. These recipes stand on their any day of the year. On Pesach they’ll be a grand slam!
