Join CKCA and resident bread miracle worker Lynn Kutner for this two day workshop on artisan breads. Learn to make white and whole grain style breads. Fresh out of the oven this time: the luscious brioche (like challah but better), a true, flavorful pumpernickel, healthy, sweet, and delicious cinnamon-raisin whole wheat bread, the Italian savory classics fougasse and focaccia, and the classic sandwich favorite, potato bread. This is an excellent class for anyone who wants to learn the ins and outs of REAL bread baking including the complete beginner or the more advanced. Everything we make in this class can be replicated in your home.
