Join CKCA and cookbook author Elizabeth Barbone for an entire workshop dedicated to gluten free baking. An alumna of the Culinary Institute of America, Elizabeth Barbone is the founder of GlutenFreeBaking.com and the author of Easy Gluten-Free Baking. With her solid professional baking background, Barbone is known for creating gluten-free recipes that taste just like their wheat counterparts. In addition to creating recipes for GlutenFreeBaking.com, Barbone travels the country speaking to celiac groups and teaching gluten-free baking classes. In this class, Elizabeth will teach how to make certain classic, staple recipes gluten free including chocolate cupcakes, oatmeal raisin cookies and crackers. Perhaps most importantly, she will be there to answer your questions and address your gluten free frustrations. We are thrilled to have Elizabeth join us for this special workshop!
