Workforce Training

Is your institution struggling to meet the dining needs of it’s kosher clientele? An effective kitchen starts with a well-trained, knowledgable staff. Whether you are a nursing or assisted living facility, school or yeshiva, corporate dining program or other food-service program CKCA can assist your institution in training it’s staff to operate productively within a kosher kitchen. We can develop a customized training program, given at your facility or our own, to encompass a mix of any of the following:

  • Kosher food preparation; practical skills, cultural understanding, sensitivity training
  • Food safety & sanitation training including test preparation for the ServSafe and NYC Department of Health Food Handler’s Exams.
  • Fundamental culinary skills & techniques
